About: 
Develop a post-processing spreadsheet tool to generate plots and check water balance for the flow-ways. Improve model performance and extract rainfall and ET time series from MIKE 11 result files.

Specifics:
LAGO developed a spreadsheet with the ability to expedite the generation of the numerous plots of measured vs predicted stages and flows, and to check the accuracy of the water balance for the flow-ways. LAGO also assisted on improving calibration by adding seepage control structures, modifying pan evaporation, and modifying the network to represent areas where flows short-circuit the STA cells. LAGO assisted in extracting relevant information from MIKE 11 result files, such as rainfall and ET.​

​Outcome:
The spreadsheet tool saved considerably post-processing time for producing desired plots and checking the water balance accuracy. The MIKE11 model performance was also improved.​
