​Lago was the prime contractor for this stormwater management project. The Silver/Twin Lakes Watershed Management Masterplan was updated on behalf of Hillsborough County.

Specifics:​ 
LAGO developed a comprehensive geodatabase of stormwater infrastructure in the study area, defined model rainfall/runoff parameters, used a customized tool to write the model directly from the database, verified the model calibration and completed the mapping of flooded areas, as well as the level of service analysis for roads. The model was PEER review, and LAGO proposed and evaluated several  alternatives to reduce flooding in the study area. LAGO provided future project recommendations and cost estimates to the County.
